MORNING YOGA WITH SARAH!
Yoga with Sarah is a 50 minute class that first focuses on building heat and strength for a calorie burning beginning and then transitions into a cooling sequence that focuses on flexibility and joint opening. Each session runs for 4 weeks at the Oakhurst Community Center on Fridays at 8:30am.
