Mountain Artisans Market is held the 3rd Saturday of every month, March through December. It is a community of up to 35 artisans gathering together to showcase their craftsmanship in an eclectic assortment of offerings. Come and spend an enjoyable afternoon shopping at the different booths and food vendors and listening to live music throughout the day.
Mountain Artisans Market began in January, 2020 with the idea of offering a local sales venue for crafters, artisans and producers living in the mountain communities of Madera, Mariposa and Eastern Fresno Counties. That idea evolved into, what is now, a monthly artisan's market held at Fresno Flats Historic Park in Oakhurst. This monthly event has also allowed Mountain Artisans Market to contribute to the fund-raising efforts organized by the Sierra Historic Sites Association, the non-profit organization responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of this historic gem of a park and its structures.
