Free Admission Day in Yosemite National Park for the First Day of National Park Week!

Yosemite National Park will offer free admission into the park on Saturday, April 17, 2021 for the First Day of National Park Week.

Fees being waived include the fees associated with entrance into the park only. All other fees associated with camping, lodging, or activities within the park are not waived. The fee waiver is good on Saturday, April 17, 2021 only.


Other Fee Free Days in 2021 are:  

  • January 18, 2021 - Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. 
  • April 17, 2021 - First Day of National Park Week
  • August 4, 2021 - Great American Outdoors Act
  • August 25, 2021 - National Park Service Birthday
  • September 25, 2021 - National Public Lands Day
  • November 11, 2021 - Veterans Day

If your visit during a free day extends beyond the free day(s) and you re-enter the park after the free day, you will be required to pay the regular entrance fee.
