The Golden Chain Theatre brings to the stage James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim’s award-winning musical, “Into the Woods.”
The story follows a baker and his wife, cursed with childlessness, as they venture into the woods to reverse the witch’s spell. On their quest, they encounter other fairytale characters, such as Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Little Red Riding Hood. This show explores the themes of family, wishes, and the consequences of actions, leading to a dark, surprising conclusion.
