Joaquín Murrieta Horse Pilgrimage

Friday through Sunday; July 24th - 26th

Begins at Lienzo Charros Unidos

Equestrians are invited to embark on a journey through history with the Joaquín Murrieta Horse Pilgrimage, a three-day, 60-mile ride honoring the legendary Joaquín Murrieta. Held annually on the last weekend in July, riders gather Friday morning at the Charros Unidos facility in Madera to begin this scenic and meaningful adventure.

More than a ride, the pilgrimage celebrates culture, tradition, and camaraderie as participants traverse beautiful landscapes together. The journey concludes Sunday at Three Rocks with a lively celebration featuring music, community, and an impressive showcase of horsemanship.
