Horsetail Fall Hike & Private Tour ~ Discover Yosemite
Horsetail Fall Hike & Private Tour ~ Discover Yosemite
Daily February 14th to February 28th
Experience nature’s rare “firefall” phenomenon—privately, comfortably, and with expert guidance.
Each February, Yosemite National Park becomes home to one of nature’s most breathtaking spectacles: the elusive “firefall” at Horsetail Fall. Discover Yosemite offers guests the chance to pursue this extraordinary sight through a private full-day tour, crafted to give travelers the best possible opportunity to witness the event while enjoying a memorable day in the park.
Because the glow of Horsetail Fall depends entirely on the perfect alignment of sunlight, water flow, and sky conditions, viewing is never guaranteed—and for that reason, Discover Yosemite does not offer public tours for this event. Instead, guests may book an exclusive private experience designed around flexibility, comfort, and expert local insight.
