Moonlight Special Dinner & Train Ride

Moonlight Special Dinner & Train Ride

Weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays; 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad

Guests are invited to experience a memorable evening aboard the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad with this popular Moonlight Special. The evening begins at the station with an al fresco steak or chicken BBQ dinner accompanied by live music before guests climb aboard the historic logger steam train for a scenic excursion narrated by the conductor.

Along the way, the train makes a stop at Lewis Creek Canyon where guests can step off for additional entertainment featuring live music or theatrical performances. As the journey returns to the station, passengers will hear the whistle echo through the forest and see the Shay locomotive’s firebox glowing beneath the night sky for a truly unforgettable ride.
