Giant Sequoia Hike ~ Tuolomne Grove

Tuolomne Grove of Giant Sequoias

Step into Yosemite’s history on a guided Giant Sequoia Hike through Tuolumne Grove. Once a historic stagecoach route into Yosemite Valley from the west, this enchanting grove is home to incredible giants including the famous Dead Giant, Big Red, and a towering fallen sequoia. Led by a Park Ranger, guests will explore the stories, history, and natural wonders of these ancient trees. With moderate terrain, this adventure is perfect for older families ready to discover the magic of Yosemite’s giant sequoias.

Special Note: Please Allow time to park and hike 1-mile from the trailhead to reach the grove before the program. Total hike is 2.5 miles roundtrip with 500-foot elevation change.
