Stewardship Series: Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias

Friday, June 26th; 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Step into a forest of giants and discover the science behind Yosemite’s most iconic trees. Hosted by the Yosemite Conservancy, this guided program invites guests to walk among ancient giant sequoias while learning about the ecology that sustains these remarkable forests.

Participants will explore the vital role of fire in sequoia reproduction, discover how scientists monitor tree health, and learn about the ongoing efforts to protect and preserve these incredible ecosystems. 

Registration is required.

Starts: June 26, 2026

Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Admission: $25 per guest; FREE for YC Donors
