Coarsegold Tarantula Awareness Festival

Coarsegold Tarantula Festival

Join us for some creepy crawly fun & festivities at the Coarsegold Historic Village for the 25th Annual Tarantula Awareness Festival!

The festival is a celebration that honors the local, hairy arachnids that come out around around the area in October to mate and keep their species alive. Throughout the day there are many fun events, activities, and demonstrations in the Village!

For more information contact the Coarsegold Historic Village at (559) 683-3900.

Check out this live Tarantula video interview as well with Central Valley Today from 2021.
